Evan Kleinberg / Partner
Licensed Real Estate Broker

Evan is primarily responsible for new business development, client management, and all phases of the transaction life cycle. Prior to founding Cornelia Street Partners, Evan spent nearly 10 years at WeWork where he was one of the founding 40 employees. He was a key contributor in building the world’s largest co-working and flexible office provider, bringing the company from less than $50M in annual revenue in 2013 to roughly $4B in 2022.

Evan was personally responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing over 15 million square feet of new commercial office transactions across North America, South America, Asia, and Australia. He also led the company’s more recent restructuring efforts across the Americas, helping to reduce the company’s lease obligations by more than $1B annually. Prior to WeWork, Evan was on the acquisitions team at Brickman, a NY based real estate private equity fund. Evan is an active partner in several real estate and technology ventures and currently sits on the Board of Advisors for A-Level Capital, a Johns Hopkins University student-run venture capital firm focusing on seed-level investments primarily in health-tech, enterprise software, biotech, and fintech companies. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics.

Lenny Kohlmayer / Partner

Lenny brings over ten years of experience in fashion, art, and hospitality to Cornelia Street Partners. He focuses on new business development, client management, and partnership strategies for the firm. Among his personal clients are the Aman Hotel Group, Gentle Monster, AJ Capital Partners, 1 Hotels, and BMW.

Lenny kicked off his career in NYC working in fine arts at Cristin Tierney Gallery and Ethan Cohen. From there, he went on to blur the lines between art, fashion and real estate by producing an event series for Gentle Monster to support their store transition from Grand Street to Wooster Street. He has since produced events at art fairs such as Art Basel Miami and continues to consult real estate developers and commercial leasing teams on curating the identity of their developments. Lenny’s unique perspective on commercial real estate through the lens of brand identity offers CSP's clients a tailored approach to sourcing space. In addition to his work in NYC, Lenny is also knowledgable in the Miami office and retail leasing market, which he covers under CSP. Lenny is a partner in several hospitality ventures in New York City, including Jac's on Bond and Pebble Bar. He graduated from Pace University with a B.A. in Business Management.

Charlie has over a decade of in house and consultative experience with occupiers across 15+ countries in North America, EMEA and Asia. Leading workplace experience, real estate, capital projects and facilities functions, Charlie has worked with executive teams to build real estate strategies, return to office fundamentals and on the ground workplace & facilties programs. With regard to lease negotiations and management, Charlie has represented tenants directly with brokers, landlords and investors, ensuring that the business needs are met and exceeded.
